Key Members
Neville Herbert – Senior Valuer
Neville Herbert joined UK Pub Sales as the senior member of the Valuation team. Neville’s career started in residential property sales in London, managing one of the most well known and respected Central London firms. As UK property prices fell and investors focused on overseas property a brief spell in New York followed, working from the Empire State Building. Following 9/11 and the fall in the US property market Neville became the European Sales Manager for a property Company in Gibraltar and dealt with the tax beneficial investment property market before returning to the UK and heading up a Commercial sales valuation department again in Central London. A move to Suffolk with his family enabled the opportunity for UK Pub Sales to gain the experience of a qualified commercial valuer. Neville now specialises and is highly experienced in the value of all licensed premises including Pubs, Restaurants and Hotels.
Craig Gausden – Valuer
Craig Gausden has worked within the Estate Agency business since 1988, covering the counties of Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex. Craig has worked for both small independent and large national corporate companies, which has given him an extensive range of knowledge and skills sets which he utilises to provide a high level of customer service. Craig lives in Bury St Edmunds with his wife and 3 children.
Dawn Pedley – Marketing Assistant
Dawn first entered the Licensed Business Transfer industry back in 1986 and has since gained a wealth of experience and comprehensive insight into all aspects of buying and selling within this specialist field. Over the years Dawn has assisted 1000’s of Vendors and Purchasers - comprising of both private and corporate – to achieve a smooth trouble-free transaction. Working with her team, Dawn is confident in delivering a highly efficient and focused customer support from initial compilation of marketing material and on throughout all stages of a transaction until Completion is reached.
Adam Croft – Office Manager
Adam has been involved with mergers & acquisitions for over 5 years, formerly working with the Armed Forces. With qualifications in management, Adam oversees the sale of all businesses currently instructed by UK Pub Sales. With a proven track record in marketing & sales, Adam has been involved in negotiations with private and corporate businesses located in Australia, America and mainland Europe with valuations up to £10million.
