Stocktaking

At UK Pub Sales, we have been asked over the years to assist in stocktaking for a number of reasons, ranging from a sale of a licensed business to annual stock control.

We can offer this service to you on a pre-agreed price and if required recommend a company that we have used over the years if we are unavailable.

Fee’s

Our fee’s are based on a stock holding up to £4,000 and 6 hours work, which includes the physical stock take, the report and traveling costs :

• For our registered client’s based within Suffolk – £150 plus VAT
• For registered client’s based in Norfolk/Essex/Cambridgeshire – £200 plus VAT
• Anything above £4,000 stock holding, out of area and non clients it is a price to be agreed

Building, Structural Engineers, Electrical, Gas, PAT Testing, Asbestos Surveys
 
Whether you are purchasing a Freehold or Leasehold property you should consider having a Building Survey or Condition Report.

Asbestos Surveys, Electrical & Gas Certificates, PAT test reports are increasingly requested as part of the conveyance procedure.
